Swedish meat ball recipe

Ingredients

• 1 chopped onion
• 1 tbls of backing powder
• 2 eggs
• 1 tea spoon of paprika powder
• 1 pinch of salt & pepper
• 500 g of ground meat
• 8-10 potatoes
• 3 tbls of flower
• 500 ml of beef stock
• 3 tbls of thick cream
• 1 pinch of nutmeg
